He was President of Santhvanam Charitable Society, Karickam for a long time andwith his wife Annie Thomas (late), he steered a number of projects for the suffering people. Mr. Thomas P. Malachi was also served one year as the president of Kurakaran Valiyaveettil Kudumbayogam Divaya Bodna unit .It was his father C. O Malachi was the President of Kurakaran Kudumbayogam for a long time.
